Kathy Black

”Originally from a coastal village in Northumberland I now live in Hertfordshire with my lovely Hubby of 14 years - he's a seasider too and we both really miss being by the sea - so we like to escape to the seaside whenever we get the chance. We have no kids so are able to indulge our love of travel, though the travel-lust is taking a back seat while we spend our time and money on an old house that needs a bit of tlc.
I've done some sort of crafting for as long as I can remember, to start with it was designing and sewing clothes for my dolls, and I went on to study dressmaking and design to "A" Level. Though I've dabbled in all sorts of crafts since over the years none (apart form sewing) has quite taken over my life as much as cardmaking and papercrafts in general. I'm not sure how it happened, but I have more stash than I could ever use, and it's still not enough! Never enough! I love working with paper and I get a real buzz whenever anyone says they like what I do.“

Mat Sharman

“Hi, my name is Mat and I am married to Rob. We have 6 children ranging from 22 down to 2 years. I am a retired paediatric nurse and midwife after an accident left me with a broken back and in a wheelchair.
We moved to Peterborough in 2003 and I started a voluntary job as a local editor for a web-based information site for mums and their families. After 2 1/2 years I decided I wanted a change and tried my hand at cardmaking. I found that this was something that I really enjoyed and it kept me occupied and the chance to try out my creative ideas. I cannot imagine why I never tried it before. I also enjoy sugarcraft and am always busy making something. All I need now is a warehouse to house all my craft materials and sugarcraft tools!!!“

Tracy Gough

“Hi, my name is Tracy, i’m 40 (just), i’m Mum to a wonderful 12 year old Son and married to my soul mate. I’m a SAHM and foster carer. I live on the east coast of Suffolk and have done all my life. I have always loved making things from a very young age, the most unusual thing i’ve ever made from card, was a Mr Blobby fancy dress costume for my niece when she was 4 years old. I have an O level in art and design, i’m rubbish at drawing, but always enjoyed the designing and making part. I got into paper crafting seriously about 4 years ago, when started scrapbooking, then more recently got more into card making. I was over the moon when Leo invited me to join her design team and i just hope you all like what i produce with her fabulous templates.”

“I'm Debbie, 45 years old. Have one grown up son and a wonderful hubby. I am originally from N.Ireland but live in Dorset (my hubby was born and bred here). We both love the sea side and the coast.
