Create 10 online workshops are collections of paper crafting classes hosted online and in a downloadable PDF format.

The classes are called Create 10 because they’re in sets of 10 classes hence you’ll be creating 10 finished projects.

You can choose to sign up for previous Create 10 classes or play along ‘live’ with a current or upcoming set of classes.

You’ll need a valid email address for us to send you your welcome email that will contain your username and password to be able to login to the workshop area and download the classes.

April Create 10

This is the first set of Create 10 classes. The classes include 10 different projects to make scrapbook pages and home decor projects from start to finish. The last class is a minibook class. Along the way you’ll pick up techniques and ideas to use in your future scrapbooking and general crafting.

July Create 10

This is the second set of Create 10 classes. The classes include 10 different classes but cover more projects as some of the classes include a home decor version of classes as well as a scrapbook page version and all classes include an extra mini class designed to use up your leftovers from that particular project. The home decor projects include making decorated frames and cushions. As is traditional with Create 10 classes the final class is a minibook class. The theme for the classes is ‘Waste not want not’ so you’ll be learning to use leftovers and paper scraps as well as dusting off tools to make them work more on your projects. Grab that pile of scraps and get to work!

Create 10 Simple Recipes

This workshop is called ‘Simple Recipes’. It’s all about using a simple formula  for creating your scrapbook pages or other projects. It’s also about discovering tricks to mixing together your different supplies.
We’ll be mixing up your old and new supplies, adding tools, stirring in an accent colour with a sprinkle of basics and cooking up projects that will keep you inspired!
The classes will enable you to include supplies you have already whether old or new. Techniques will be included along the way that you can choose to use at the time or keep for future use.

Create 10 Embellishments

Make use of your scrapbook supplies and household items to create interesting embellishments for your papercraft projects. There are 10 different ideas to try with step by step instructions for each embellishment. Along the way they’ll be the opportunity to also put together a minibook making use of the embellishments made so you can choose to just make the embellishments or make the minibook or a mini album too.

The workshop is now archived so you can access the classes whenever you choose from the Create 10 Embellishments download area once you’re signed up. Create 10 Mix It Up Mini Album

BRAND NEW CLASSES FOR AUGUST 2011

It’s time for a new set of Create 10 classes and this time around we’ll be mixing it up and creating a mini album. This mini album has been designed for 4x6 size photos as a place to keep lots of photos that we don’t necessarily want to make whole scrapbook pages for but still want to keep. We’ll be mixing up both techniques and materials to give your mini album a unique look as well as to learn different techniques and styles that we can use in our future crafting.

Classes have begun on Sunday August 28th and will continue for 10 days with an email a day to follow although you can still play along with the classes at any time you choose as they’ll be archived in the Mix it Up download area indefinitely.
