Terms of Use

 

Crafty Templates digital cardmaking templates and class instructions in any of the downloads on the site or via the subscription service are designed for adult use only

Templates and instructions may not be copied  IN ANY FILE FORMAT and resold in printed or digital form.

Templates can be printed out more than once to be used in a Crafting group so long as all the copyright information is kept intact on the sheets.

You may sell any items made with Crafty Templates for personal profit as long as they’re handmade and made in editions of less than 50.

You may use templates and kits to make projects for magazines as long as you credit Crafty Templates and www.craftytemplates.co.uk as the source.

If you make a card or project and publish it on a blog or online gallery you must state that you used a template from Crafty Templates to create it.

Templates and instructions are designed for adult use only. The instructions are not intended and are not suitable for children to follow.

 

Physical Goods T&C

 

There is no minimum order value. Delivery prices shown is to UK addresses only non-uk customers will be charged extra depending on where you live. Goods are aimed to be dispatched within 4 working days of ordering. If there is an unforeseen problem with your order you will be contacted. All stock levels are tracked and actual stock level will be displayed in your basket before you are allowed to checkout but there may be some inconsistencies. Please note that kits are made in limited numbers and once sold out are not repeated. Postage and packing costs are included in stated costs of goods as mentioned in the individual description or via the shopping basket. Postage is always charged at cost.

 

Returns

 

Used goods may not be returned under any circumstances. If you need to return unused items you must do so at your own cost, (unless the item ordered is deemed by us to be faulty then your postage costs will be refunded) and within a period of 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original state. Items must be sent with proof of postage and using a signed for or secured delivery service. If you can not provide genuine proof of postage upon a returned item being lost your refund or replacement will not be issued.

Only items deemed unfit for use, (i.e items damaged in transit) will be eligible for postage refunds.

Due to the nature of kits being in limited numbers there may not be a kit available as a replacement in cases of kits being lost in transit. Where a replacement cannot be provided a refund or suitably alternative kit will be given.

 

Crafty Template subscriptions

 

Subscriptions run from month to month or year to year and payments are automatically debited from your Paypal account. Partial refunds will not be given to yearly subscriptions cancelled early.  

 

Privacy Policy

Your personal information collected via craftytemplates.co.uk is used to fulfil and process orders and is not kept for any other use or passed on to any third parties. Exceptions to this include wether you have asked to be opted into our Quirky Kit mailing list to have email sent to your designated email address letting you know about new and upcoming kits. You can opt out of this service at any time and have your email deleted from the list. If you are a subscriber to Quirky Kits or Crafty Templates your details will be saved to fulfil your future shipments but are deleted when you cancel either of these services and not retained by craftytemplates.co.uk.

This policy will change if you’re contacting craftytemplates.co.uk via social networking, (i.e our blog, Twitter or Facebook pages) or any other source outside of this site as they’re subject to their own privacy policy and are in the public domain so please be aware and do not share your personal information via these services.

Cookies

Cookies are little nuggets of information that are kept to remember information you may have inputted to our site before. UK law means we have to let you know about the cookies we use so you can choose to opt out of them if you prefer. We use cookies on this site for our login services, (the Crafty Template subscription service or the Create 10 classes) to help you by retaining your username/password for next time you login in to the same service on the same device, (tablet/phone/PC etc). Our shopping basket uses them to remember items you have added, (although these are controlled by Paypal so see info bellow on third party cookies). Cookies are also used on the ‘contact us’ form if you use it to contact us. If you’d prefer not to use cookies to send your personal information then do not use the form and contact us directly via enquiries@craftyprincess.co.uk .

Changing your browser cookie settings may impact on functionality.

Third Party Cookies

Please note that during your visits to www.craftytemplates.co.uk you may encounter some cookies that are not related to this site or controlled by us. For example when you visit a page with embedded content, for example our Flickr gallery or use the Paypal shopping cart or click on links to outside sites like Pinterest or Facebook you may be presented with cookies from these websites. These maybe things like them logging that you visited their site from this site or Paypal retaining your email address when you’re ordering so you don’t need to enter it again. We do not control the use or nature of these cookies so if you’d prefer not to opt into the use of them you should check each individual third party website for more information about these cookies and how to opt out of them being used.
