By using ANY of the templates on Crafty Templates you are agreeing to these terms and conditions of use so make sure you read through this first.

 

Templates and instructions in any of the downloads on the site or via the subscription service are designed for adult use only.

 

Templates and instructions may not be copied  IN ANY FILE FORMAT and resold in printed or digital form.

 

Templates can be printed out more than once to be used in a Crafting group so long as all the copyright information is kept intact on the sheets.

 

You may sell any items made with your templates for personal profit as long as they’re handmade and made in editions of less than 50.

 

You may use templates and kits to make projects for magazines as long as you credit Crafty Templates and www.craftytemplates.co.uk as the source.

 

If you make a card or project and publish it on a blog or online gallery you must state that you used a template from Crafty Templates to create it.

 

Templates and instructions are designed for adult use only. The instructions are not suitable for children to follow.

 

Physical Goods T&C

There is no minimum order value. Delivery prices shown is to UK addresses only non-uk customers will be charged extra depending on where you live. Goods are aimed to be dispatched within 4 working days of ordering. If there is an unforeseen problem with your order you will be contacted. All stock levels are tracked and actual stock level will be displayed in your basket before you are allowed to checkout but there may be some inconsistencies. Please note that kits are made in limited numbers and once sold out are not repeated. Postage and packing costs are included in stated costs of goods as mentioned in the individual description or via the shopping basket. Postage is always charged at cost because each kit has a different weight/size it’s already worked out for each individual kit.

Returns

Used goods may not be returned under any circumstances. If you need to return unused items you must do so at your own cost and within a period of 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original state. Items must be sent with proof of postage and using a signed for or secured delivery service. If you can not provide genuine proof of postage upon a returned item being lost your refund or replacement will not be issued.

Only items deemed unfit for use, (i.e items damaged in transit) will be eligible for postage refunds.

Due to the nature of kits being in limited numbers there may not be a kit available as a replacement. Where a replacement cannot be provided a refund will be given.

 

Crafty Template subscriptions

Subscriptions run from month to month or year to year and payments are automatically debited from your Paypal account. Partial refunds will not be given to yearly subscriptions cancelled early.  

 

Privacy Policy

Your personal details are only collected and used to fulfil orders. Unless otherwise asked to be included in mailing lists (for Quirky Kits) or are a subscriber to Crafty Templates you will never receive any marketing or promotional emails from Crafty Templates.
