Terms and Conditions of use
By using any of the free projects on the site and/or using our templates including the subscription service on craftytemplates.co.uk you are agreeing to and acknowledge understanding of the following:
All projects are intended for adult use only they are not suitable for small children, due to the hazard of choking and as some of the template instructions may require the use of scissors or a craft knife and the use of items such as dye ink that can ruin clothing and heat guns, which are very dangerous for children to use. craftytemplates.co.uk or anyone associated with craftytemplates.co.uk can not be held responsible for any damage to persons or property that could arise from the improper use of our products and/or free projects.
Templates may not be exchanged digitally/electronically between users, this runs the risk of passing computer virus’ and other harmful effects on to your computer and breaks copyright law. Always download the templates directly from the craftytemplates.co.uk website or if you’re a subscriber direct via email. Craftytemplates.co.uk or anyone associated cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of information arising from the misuse of any of our downloads and digital content.
Copyright Issues
You may print out and use any of our projects and templates for use in crafting clubs/groups as long as you acknowledge the projects came from craftytemplates.co.uk. When printing out the projects or templates you must include the copyright info on each page.
Any of the card ideas and templates can be used to make cards (or other papercrafted project) to sell as long as the cards are handmade and not mass produced, (editions of less than 100). The templates themselves may not be sold, copied to sell on or exchanged in any way.
Legal repercussions will be incurred by any individual/company/publication selling the exact or very similar templates and ideas. If you have discovered these templates anywhere else please report it here.
Physical Goods Delivery & Terms
For all craft supplies and printed templates sold you have the right to return your items within 14 days to receive a replacement or a refund. Items must be in an unused condition and any postage and packing costs incurred in returning any items are non refundable.
Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery of all printed templates and craft supplies orders although your items will usually be sent much quicker. If you don not receive your items after 7 working days please contact me as your items may be lost in the post and I can arrange for redelivery.
Although printed templates may be copied for personal use they may not be copied to sell on or exchange, this is an infringement of copyright.
